Mommy AND ME! (AGES NEWBORN TO 3)
Yoga is such a great way to stay fit, during pregnancy and beyond. A ton of poses focus on and strengthen your core, which is a plus after childbirth. Making it to yoga classes regularly can be a challenge once you're a full-time mom. Mommy and Me yoga classes can be a great solution. You can get a workout while you're bonding with your baby. You can meet other mothers and you're getting an exercise in! We encourage those who are 3 years old or older to join our Kid's yoga class!
